The interview process began with me being quizzed on the industry and PPI in general, mainly just checking exactly what I understood and making sure I had done some research. I was then asked for further detail in terms of what exactly lloyds did in this market and then was given a test to check certain skills where I was given a mock case study and had to work out calculations and give my opinion and recommendation of the claim. Afterwards I had a second part of the interview where questions about myself were asked. They got me to talk through my CV and various achievements and also wanted to know far more about how I would deal with certain situations and why had chosen to apply to lloyds and why I felt I was a suitable candiate
