Interview
Applied online via Lloyd’s. Easy application form with a question asking what you can bring to Lloyd’s. A few days after I received an email inviting me to the assessment centre.
The assessment centre - one on one interview - Competency based questions. I prepared for these and felt like I was repeating myself on several occasions with the type of questions they asked. Even though I fully explained each scenario in depth. One question I wasn’t happy with is - do you have any children? This has nothing to do with my suitability for the role so I’m not sure why they asked.
Then went onto a written exercise where I replied in letter form to a customer. Pretty easy stuff.
Lasted around 90 minutes altogether. All in all I felt like it was a good interview even though I didn’t get an offer of employment.

Was 2 stages telephone and face to face with team leaders. They were asking questions very quick and I didn’t understand. They were writing as I spoke. Didn’t really seem interested in my answers

The interview process was fast after the application got an email after a few days to write an online test and after days got an interview invite but it looked like they already had a candidate in mind they also gave feedback fast
