I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
Cliched, unoriginal and lame HR questions regarding self awareness of personality to try and be clever. No depth to the interview and a sense of arrogance pervaded the entire proceeding. Took No interest in applicant’s extensive experience; they want bank lifers not new perspectives. Nothing positive or friendly about the place at all. Interviewers were Extremely dull.
