Asked a few questions on a online form to find out wether you are the right candidate, they then invite you for a 4 week training program to help you find out wether the role is for you and over half of the people in my training group left in the 4 weeks and by month 3 of being there, i was the only one left from my starting team.

There was an online survey that you complete firstly, then an
online interview with one person, they were friendly and interview seemed relatively informal, they asked a few questions and interview lasted 45 mins. They start off asking about hobbies.
