Online application followed by job simulation. Job simulation consists of questions related to job such as quantitative questions, as well as qualitative video questions. Video questions include 'tell me about yourself' and 'why this job'.
The video interview was pretty terrible and off putting. Didn't have it for any other interview processes.
Seemed very impersonal during the video interview process and with questions that didn't particularly make much sense. Would avoid if asked to do something g similar
