three face to face interviews with senior managers and human resources that lasted an hour each over the course of there weeks. They were competency based interviews and review of CV.
A three step process. First a tel interview with recruitment then followed by two interviews in the office. The tel interview lasts ca 15 min. The second interview is in the office and took ca 50 min. The last interview includes knowledge questions and took about 45 min.

Contacted by a recruitment agency. Submitted CV and contacted again to attend a competency based interview at their office. Only one of two Interviewers attended and interview started late therefore interview felt rushed.
