First of all there is an Online application, followed by online assessments. Then a video interview and an assessment centre - overall a very smooth and expected process. Nothing above and beyond other companies.

Interview
Final Assessment Stage included an online video assessment, presentation task, group task and final interview. Although there is a lot to do, it is very relaxed and the questions are not technical at all.
