I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was a group of people getting interviewed. They gave everyone at least 2 interviews, some people had 3. The interviews themselves weren't very hard. They asked very few technical questions, just mostly behavioral questions. They use the STAR type questions. They ask about a certain situation and you are supposed to respond with the task, actions you took, and the end result. If you can do that, you'll be fine

Question 1
Are you committed to working for one company for a large part of your career?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and was contacted about 3 days later asking to attend a college interviewing event. I did not have to do a phone interview as some did and instead was given an interview date 8 days later. There were 15 other applicants at the event with 8 managers from different projects conducting interviews. I interviewed with 2 separate managers for 2 separate projects. I felt that they both went extremely well and really enjoyed learning more about the company.
Most of the questions were about soft skills and how well you would do in a group environment. I did receive one technical question, however, although it was fairly simplistic. A manager asked me how you would calculate all the prime numbers up to 100; the question was the most difficult of the day.
Overall it was a great experience and a little over a week later I received my offer. It was more than I had expected to receive and extremely competitive for the area. I gladly accepted.
