Lockheed Martin Business Development interview questions

Very relaxed, three people on the interview panel (manager, technical expert and HR rep), went through my background and experiences. went through general questions before covering role responsibilities and likely working arrangements.

I was referred by my professor to a new team in LM. Had a phone interview and was offered the opportunity. It took about two-three weeks for them to provide me the offer but the background check involving drug test took a while (about 2 weeks).
