I got a call to set up a phone interview in the following week and was interviewed by the HR rep that initially called me and 3 engineers/hiring managers for 2 different positions. There were a couple of behavioral interview questions and also some questions going over my resume/background and the interviewers were all pleasant, friendly people. I was told that they were looking to make a decision based on the phone interview and I'd hear back from them in late March/early April.
After not hearing back with a decision, I sent a couple of follow-up emails and was notified by the HR rep that I was still being considered, but the decision process is taking longer than usual. I'm still waiting on a decision, but I think the hiring process is longer than typical.
