Interview was strictly behavioral. Most questions will be based on your resume information. Spoke about current projects, hobbies, and activities. Most conversation was not engineering or company related. Just really getting to know you and see if you will be an active, contributing employee.

It was a very straightforward interview utilizing STAR behavioral questions. Typical structured format which requires you to provide example-based evidence from previous work or leadership experience. Questions were promptly answered afterward. Overall very pleasant interview.
