Interview
It was a regular interview when you need to answer in a STAR format for all of the questions. Many questions about leadership and work ethics. There are many questions, but they were all related to the job description.

Question 1
Have you ever been asked to complete a task that you do know have any knowledge of? How did you complete that task?
Standard star interview with how you handle situations with no trick questions. The panel interview went over my resume and discussed each bullet. They also asked about my manufacturing experience in my past job and how those skills can be applied to that site.
Very straightforward, mostly behavioral questions. Prepare some stories to relate to the questions asked by the interviewers. Basic zoom panel interview each interviewer will be asking a questions. Prepare as much as possible.

Interview
Quick 30 minute phone call which went over behavioral questions and then moved to an on site interview with team members. The on site was about a 30min-1hr panel discussion/interview of mostly behavioral questions again then walked around the manufacturing facility. Technical questions came up during discussion, just know your stuff.
