Interview
The process was a whole day event including four interviews and a campus tour. This was a good way to meet a variety of people from the company, and see all facilites they have to offer.

Question 1
Interviews were mainly reviewing my resume. They asked what kind of position I would like to end up in, in addition to normal interview questions like how I have dealt with interpersonal disagreements in the past.
Interview is straightforward and easygoing, they ask situational/behavioral questions that you should respond with in the STAR format. They also look over your resume and ask you about stuff on that.

Mostly behavioral questions using star method, and some technical. Interviewed my the hiring manager his manager if I remember. But overall they were really nice and helped clarify the direction they wanted their questions to be answered
