I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Mount Laurel, NJ) in Jan 2014
Interview
Early Career Development Program (ECDP)
Applied online. Began with an initial one on one screening on campus.
A month later was contacted to travel to an on-site interview in New Jersey. There was a group of around 15 candidates all from different universities. The candidates were all interviewing for the program but for different locations (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, etc;) There was a dinner reception and presentation the night before the interviews at the hotel. This was an opportunity to socialize with other candidates, current program members, program manager, and hiring managers.
On the day of the interview we were given a tour of one of the facilities in New Jersey. Had two back to back 1 on 1 interviews. Was given the option of staying longer and taking another interview but I was not interested in working in the location of the third interviewer (hiring managers for different jobs/locations).
Was given presentations on the ECDP and FLDP on both days.
Was contacted within a week of the on-site interview with an offer
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Talk to me about a time when you had to sell something to someone and how did you manage the customers expectations while keeping them happy (I thought this was an unexpected type of question for a finance interview)
Very behavioral like. Not many technical questions were asked. The interviewer was very social and respectful. It felt like we were having a good conversation the whole time. I would suggest to study behavioral questions and know the product line.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Co Springs, CO) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview consisted of mainly behavioral STAR questions. There were two separate interviews that were 30 minutes long each. They really want to ensure that they are placing candidates in positions that they are actually interested in and will succeed in. Both interviewers were executives that would end up being the bosses for the positions they were hiring for.

Question 1
They asked me to describe a large challenge that I have experienced at work and how I handled it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
It is a panel interview from possibly different departments. Usually not more than 1 phone interview and 1 in person. The hiring process is long though, you have to go through background checks and possibly security clearance. They do have entry level positions and all other levels as well. Asc is associate for entry level, next level drops the asc, next level adds senior level and staff is next.

Question 1
They have canned interview questions so prepare for all the "name one time when..." questions.
