The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
It took a few months before I heard anything after the application. I was asked to interview for the position, but it really wasn’t much of an interview. I was asked no questions about myself, my experience, or why I would be a good fit. I asked multiple times if there was anything they would like to ask me, but they asked nothing. I was told multiple times that I was qualified for the position. Mostly I was just told about the position. The interviewer was kind and easy to speak with but it really was just a waste of time.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Marietta, GA) in Apr 2023
Interview
I had about an hour-long interview over video call. It started with my interviewer providing some more information about the job and the responsibilities. We then went through some standard job interview questions: Tell me about yourself, What relevant experience do you have?, Tell me about a time you had to solve a problem, etc. After that I was able to ask the questions that I had.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Oldsmar, FL) in Jan 2023
Interview
There were three interviews and the fourth interview was at the facility to meet the team and get a tour of the facility. Very positive and professional working atmosphere. Communication during the interview process was good and more than I expected.
