Interview
I had a phone call with the recruiter to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The call with the hiring manager was more of a conversation about the position and just going through my experience and how it can be applied to the position.
Good overall, asked STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) questions and specifics on previous experiences. The interview was overall laid back and friendly and included a couple managers. Lasted about 45 min.

Overall, easy. Interviewed over a phone call and got asked cookie cutter basic behavioral interview questions. Seemed to mostly be based off of the “vibe” rather than the actual answer.

Interview
I was interviewed virtually and was asked a series of behavioral and situational questions. I was also asked to elaborate on my prior work and school experiences. I wish the interview was not virtual, but still thought it was well organized.
