Good behavioral interview process with a focus on using the STAR method which involves the answer to be formed in a Situation, Task, Action, and Results response. Otherwise, fairly straight forward.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an angry customer
initial screening, first interview, second interview, STAR competency based questions, questions on company values. SC clearence is required for most of the roles.
Behavioural questions ask candidates to recall an experience, explain how they handled it, and describe the outcome. They encourage candidates to share stories that detail where they excelled or struggled at past jobs.
Situational questions present candidates with hypothetical situations and ask them how they would respond. These kinds of questions give insight into a candidate’s problem-solving skills and how they handle workplace conflict. Evaluating the answers to these questions will help shape the final candidate list.

Easy one interview, where they talked mostly about experiences and projects. Super relaxed and no technical problems. Really good experience after the interview, they sent an offer a week later.
