I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
Immediately asked for STAR (Situation, task, action, result) answers only; which is a very textbook/stiff way of asking for answers. Gave the impression that if this method wasn't followed then they would not follow up with the candidate.
Casual, focused less on specific technical knowledge and more on your ability to problem solve and communicate in collaborative environments. They were looking for candidates that can learn fast and adapt to a changing environment, as is required when collaborating with different teams on one project.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer asked about specific roles I had in the project/competition experience I had on my Cv
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Groton, CT) in Sep 2023
Interview
Video call with 3 interviewers. Pretty self explanatory, but I need to get to 30 words. So the rest of this is just filler to get there. This is kind of a silly policy.
