Lockheed Martin interview questions

Applied directly through their website. Interviewed while at a career fair and I was asked a lot of logic questions. I was then asked about Aerospace Vehicle Performance concepts (T/W ratio, what is Cl _max and what does it represent?)

Initially filled out an online application through their website. Was then contacted by a recruiter, who asked a few basic questions about interest and verifying info. Then to fill out a basic conflict of interest form and a simple pre-interview form. Heard back two weeks later to schedule an interview, scheduled for a week later, and had a 45-minute behavioral interview. Interviewer was super nice and clarified they prefer the STAR method, which the whole company is super up front about.
