Lockheed Martin interview questions

Really simple, asked questions about work experience and what you know about lockheed as a company. Very straightforward questions using STAR will help. Interview was about 25-30 minutes long and if you get hired they put you through long training process.

The interview was 2-part. The first part consisted of a more informal phone conversation with 2 Directors who worked in the specific department being applied to. The second part was more formal and consisted of a panel interview following the STAR method, meaning each question was to be answered describing a Situation, Task, Action, then Result. Overall, the interview process was fair, professional, and well organized.
