Lockheed Martin interview questions

Began with a phone screen to determine my interests, goals, and skills related to the job. The final interview consisted of very basic data modeling questions and STAR format experience/behavior questions.

A phone screening with hiring manager. This was followed by an hour long behavioral interview with two managers and one software engineer over skype with no video. The process was very quick, 2-3 weeks from application to offer letter.
