Its a very simple and straight forward interview process that had simple questions about experience. Extremely selective on previous work and not too focused on academics but this varies for teams. For the team I was on, we had people with serious experience

Interview process was a phone conversation with 4 individuals. It was broken down into 3 parts. I don’t remember the 3 parts exactly. But there was a part that went into what is risk management framework.
