Lockheed Martin interview questions

Phone screen + one interview with the manager/director. The questions are largely behavioral, no need to expect anything too technical beyond basic Excel functions (i.e. LookUps, Ifs, Pivot Tables, etc.) Know the STAR method because that's primarily the structure of the questions and answers they're looking for.

Applied online. Remote interview was scheduled about two weeks later. Interview was focused on personal fit with the team rather than technical details. A member of the team informed me I was not selected, explained the reason (technical), and provided feedback.
