Lockheed Martin interview questions

Before you have your interview, make sure you know what's in your resume. Usually you have a panel of interviewers and each of them will have a copy. They question on what's in it. Also during the interview there will be situational questions. Have your stories/responses ready that you can adjust on the fly. Become familiar with answering questions using the STAR method.

Interview was relaxed and did not feel pressured. Interviewers asked applicable questions based on job posting as well as work ethic style based questions. Overall interview process was very well received.
