Lockheed Martin interview questions

I got two interviews (diff positions). both times they start the interview like someone put a gun to their head, zero engagement. My first interview the dude just asked me one question and finished in 6 mins. Clear lack of professionalism. They knew who they were going to hire and just had me to tick off their boxes. Both times got rejections the same day of interview.

The interview was done over the phone and took a little over 15 minutes. The interviewer asked questions based on job description and used scenario-based questions (STAR). Overall the interview was smooth.
