(This position was related to the Finance division)
I applied online late November 2014, they contacted me in mid-February and had a short phone interview where they wanted to know more about me and also informed me about the job requirements. I was invited to the interview event at their facility in early March. Had an one-on-one interview in person that lasted for about an hour. There was a little small talk before the interview, but the interviewer read his questions off a list. The interviewer asked me a vast array of questions ranging from behavioral/hypothetical, general interview questions, and a few personal ones (no technical questions to my surprise, though I realize that is the job title). They were definitely trying to assess if I was a good fit for that work environment rather than assessing my technical abilities. Finally, the interviewer also described the internship roles and responsibilities and informed me about the specific division in the company and what they do. Overall, I'd say I did alright, but there were definitely some questions that I could have answered better. After the interview, there was a brief tour of the facility. I had to reach out to the interviewer a month later to know if they had made decision, I was then informed that they chose another candidate. Nonetheless, I am grateful for the experience and I believe it benefited me in the long run.
