I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview I had could be broken up into three parts - behavioral, technical questions, and technical practice. The behavioral part was standard. Technical questions were about OOP, Java, Python, and they would've asked questions about C but I did not know any. Then, they gave technical problems that I would explain how to solve with a mix of pseudocode/Java. These questions were not difficult, just required a clear understanding of the problem and basic programming experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2023
Interview
Very straightforward interview process after applying for a position on the website. Very friendly recruiters and management staff that interviewed me with simple behavioral questions and basic technical questions also. I had a engineering panel interview me in a second round and was surprisingly non technical, very pleasant.
The interview process was made up of two phone interviews which was with a recruiter and then a manager. The questions they asked were mainly behavior instead of technical. There are also some back and forth emails.
