Generally very open and honest conversation with a lot of emphasis placed on the culture and the fast paced operating structure they have there. Overall, a pretty enjoyable experience and learned more about the role despite little information being provided on the application.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Feb 2025
Interview
Interview process was fine. I had a screening call with the hiring manager and another interview with the hiring manager and two other people this person in this role would be working with. Very nice people. I was told they were interviewing more people the following week and I should hear back shortly. I followed up with the hiring manager two weeks after my interview and didn't hear back. It has now been over a month with no word back. As of today, I am still under the "Interview" status in the candidate portal. Yesterday, the paragraph under the interview status page, told me to email the LMCO staffing status email if it's been over three weeks with no word back and I did. Today, that email has been removed from the page. I'm just going to assume now that I didn't get the role, I just wish I could have heard back from someone. I still like the company and would be interested in applying for another role in the future.

Tell me about a time you and someone had differing opinions on something and how you handled it.
Went over resume. Asked to describe prior work & a few STAR questions, was basically a vibe check to see if I could get along with everyone. Had a few people on the panel.
