The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Arlington, VA) in Feb 2012
Interview
The interview consisted of 1 phone interview followed by an set of 3-30 minute in-person interviews with the manager, senior analyst, and other team members separately and then a final phone interview. They jotted down notes as I answered questions. They were very personable, friendly, and the manager seemed like a good one. There were a very large number of typical behavioral questions you can find in a google search and a few technical questions about my abilities. They did not discuss salary but sent an offer. I was hesitant to negotiate as I read many other reviews for LM that said they do not negotiate but they did! Seems like a great team/company to work for.

Question 1
Describe a time when a team member did not pull their weight and what you did about it.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Goleta, CA) in Nov 2011
Interview
Description of the interview process. It began by submitting a resume to the company's online jobs site. Received a phone call from one of the company's engineers and discussed my resume and background. Shortly after, an HR rep. called to schedule an in-person interview. After the interview was scheduled, and one day before a major holiday, the engineer that I spoke with previously asked that I prepare a presentation highlighting my technical knowledge on a subject of my choosing. Without changing my holiday plans to go out of town, I had to cram to prepare a decent presentation. To make a long story short, after eight hours of 1:1 interviews with engineers and managers, and after delivering a presentation which appeared to generate moderate interest, my follow-up emails appear to have fallen on deaf ears, and I never received a single reply, and of course no job offer.

Question 1
What was the most difficult part of the job that you mentioned on your resume that you did about ten years ago?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Denver, CO) in Feb 2012
Interview
I applied for several intern positions on the website. I was contacted through email about an interview possibility. Once I said I was interested, I received an email with instructions on how to book my all expenses paid trip to Denver. I was given a plane ticket, hotel and a rental car. At the interview site there were about 9 other intern candidates. We were not interviewing for specific positions, just for the company in general. The interviews consisted of several one-on-one interviews with managers of different projects in the Denver area. All of the interviews were in STAR format. They literally had a sheet of paper with questions on it and columns for your situation, task, action and result. Be prepared for several STAR format questions about communication, teamwork and leadership.
