The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2012
Interview
I do university hiring for Lockheed and here is the deal. You will be phone screened. These are mindless questions usually from no higher than sophomore level. Complexity, logic gates, etc. Those don't really even matter. Lockheed wants the personality questions answered. Lockheed has no problem dumping $x0,000 into training you, and they will set you up with as many mentors as you need when you get there. They want a "good fit". Your recruiter is human, the better connection you make with them, the better. If they think "man, he would be awesome to work with" very little else matters.
