I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (North Bethesda, MD) in Apr 2011
Interview
Very simple hiring process. I applied online, got a call inviting me to provide a bit more information, and then another call with an invitation to fly out to Maryland to interview. The interview took all of 45 minutes, and was conducted by 3 attorneys and one HR coordinator. Interview style was behavioral, with scenario-based questions. The panelists were very good conversationalists, so there were no awkward moments.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2011
Interview
There was a one on one interview to initially determine the serious candidates. Then, after more than a month of no contact I received an email asking me to come in and be interviewed by a panel. I had to give a short power point presentation and there was also an hour long information session.

Question 1
I do not remember any questions out of the ordinary.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Sunnyvale, CA) in Aug 2011
Interview
This was an internal job transfer interview and I knew one of the interviewers. The interview went well, but I didn't hear back until the day I was to be laid off. Then it was my own manager who informed me that I did not make the cut. I thought that it would have been a nice gesture for a guy who knew me to call me and tell me that he had hired someone else. Grow a pair!
