this was a very behavioral interview focusing on skills and abilities, be prepared to answer how you lead a group and were successful, also a time when the outcome was unfavorable, person you would like to meet and why, skill sets, why you are qualified for the job and should be hired, where you expect to be in 10 years time, how you heard about the position, what specifically you find interesting about the position.
I spoke to two different people, each for a half an hour, one was from their human resources department, and the other was a manager. Both were very personable and easy to talk to, they kept the interview process flowing and were interesting and knowledgeable about the position. the interview did take the full hour as scheduled, and did not include any math or formulas or industry specific knowledge.
