Lockheed Martin interview questions

I had a phone interview with a hiring manager in the navy aeronautical department. They called me and discussed my prior experience, clearances, schooling, and military training. They then asked what kind of things I would want to do beyond an internship at their company and what my career goals were.

Easy Interview process and very straight forwards. They focus more on behavioral questions and prefer to do training for the role in-house. I feel that the job I received was exactly as advertised and provided many opportunities for me to grow in unique ways.
