The interview process was quite straightforward and went smoothly. The interviewer was incredibly friendly and approachable, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. However, the conversation was also highly technical, as the interviewer dove deep into specific technical questions and concepts. They asked detailed questions that tested my knowledge and understanding of the subject matter, which made it clear that they were looking for someone with a strong technical background. Despite the technical rigor, the interviewer's supportive demeanor made it an overall positive experience.
Talk about your previous technical work experience and answer behavioral and technical questions about your background. Engineering background is very helpful to have. Also they ask a lot of behavioral questions with the star method.
The interview process was made up of two phone interviews which was with a recruiter and then a manager. The questions they asked were mainly behavior instead of technical. There are also some back and forth emails.
