Applied while still in college. Submitted my resume at university career fair, at the HENNAC conference in California and also online through the university's career center page. They contacted me when a few recruiters would be conducting interviews at my university. We scheduled an interview for the following week. It was two interviews. The first one was for embedded software engineer at Fort Worth. The second for software engineer at Denver. I feel like I did well on both. They took about 30 - 40 minutes each. No technical questions at all. Just questions about experiences, questions about my resume and work preferences. Obviously common questions about dealing with teams, most successful projects, lessons learned, and so on. Interviewer was really relaxed and made me relaxed to. Got a lot of time to just chat about her job and about the company. Denver was described as a very relaxed and good place to work.
I got a call later that same day with an offer for the job at Denver.
To be honest, I was still in college and was looking to get as many interviews as I could with big companies and get as many offers as I could. This was the best offer I had so I accepted it two weeks later.
