Interview
By phone. I liked the manager. Comfortable. They were not looking exactly at what you have done, but more your potential, which was wonderfully refreshing. We had several phone discussions and a tech interview, which wasn't terrible.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2015
Interview
Not sure if this is normal, or I was special, but I only had a 30 minute phone interview that was all about my resume and projects. The position required knowledge of C#/SQL/ASP.NET so the questions revolved around those technologies.
A week after that phone interview I got an offer. After accepting it, I just had to do a background check and a drug test, and some pre-orientation paperwork and questions.
