Lockheed Martin System Engineer interview questions

Very chill interview. Pretty much all behavioral. asked about previous project and work experience. THe behavioral questions were very standard to pretty much any interview out there, so it was very laid back. The recruiter was also really nice.

I had a panel interview of 3 managers. Overall the interviewed flowed well. I was asked about my experience as a grad student and how the tasks that I executed during my academic career showed that I can solve problems. Various teams, of the department that I was interviewing for, and their roles were explained to me. They then asked which one of those teams I thought my background might resonate more, or which I may have a preference for.
