Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer interview questions

Description of the interview process. It began by submitting a resume to the company's online jobs site. Received a phone call from one of the company's engineers and discussed my resume and background. Shortly after, an HR rep. called to schedule an in-person interview. After the interview was scheduled, and one day before a major holiday, the engineer that I spoke with previously asked that I prepare a presentation highlighting my technical knowledge on a subject of my choosing. Without changing my holiday plans to go out of town, I had to cram to prepare a decent presentation. To make a long story short, after eight hours of 1:1 interviews with engineers and managers, and after delivering a presentation which appeared to generate moderate interest, my follow-up emails appear to have fallen on deaf ears, and I never received a single reply, and of course no job offer.

They came to my university, they are looking for a fitting attitude. It is important that you get your citizenship in order. They dont have many jobs for non-citizens since they do government contracts. Its a plus if you have a clearance.
