Contacted quickly as an internal candidate. Looking for specific examples of experience based on different situations. Situations include conflict resolution, people management, and resolving customer complaints. The interview was conducted by the Store Manager and the Human Resources Manager together. There are maybe ten questions that are revolved around customer service and basic retail.
