Interview
After submitting an application, they were very quick to call me to set up an interview. The interviewer was very friendly and understanding. The questions took a little bit to think of an answer but were overall very easy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions dealt with how you handle working with other associates as well as customers. However, the questions are worded in such a way that at first they may throw you off and you will have to take a second to think of a logical answer.

Interview
Was contacted by phone a couple weeks after I applied for the job. She was the HR Manager at the store I applied too in Fargo, ND. I was not available for a sit down interview at the time, so we scheduled a phone interview for later that week. The interview with the HR manager was personal and in my opinion wasn't hard. When have you had to go out of the way for a customer..., When did you have an argument with a co-worker..., When have you had to sell something.... Very normal questions. We then set up a time for me to do a phone interview with the store manager the next day. His questions were basically the same except for maybe 2. Both lasted no longer than 10 minutes. Was contacted 5 days later to take a drug screening (mouth swab). I then was offered the job 3 days later.
