it is all about helping customers and working well in a team. Having experience on the power equipment is a plus. You should mention key words like lowes credit card, other stuff like porch.com, and about their hero program. Make sure you answer each question with providing the impact method.

Fairly easy interview. Asked only question that were scenarios and wanted your answer of how to react. There is a lot of customer interaction so they want to make sure you can handle stressful situations in a professional manner. Then you meet with the store manager and speak about work and schedule type stuff. When they told me I was meeting with the store manager, that meant I had received the job. They will just want to know about your every day life, student/availability, past work, and just a little about you.

The interview process was fairly easy. I believe the key is to be honest and consistent. There are many questions that are worded differently. Don't try to anticipate what the interviewer wants to here. They really want to know your opinion.
