Lowe's Home Improvement Customer Service Associate interview questions

Asked situational questions on how i would handle certain situations that may arise. Also, about how I would handle being rejected for an idea. The manager gave different scenarios and asked how I would answer the question.

It was a short 30 min interview where asked you basic interview questions. There are a lot of situational question that deal with customer service and how you are a great fit for a job that requires you to be in constant contact with people. The overall experience was quick and very straight forward and the question were very standard and they were not trick questions at all.
