All the questions were about previous experience in sales. I interviewed at three different stores and have 20 years in sales and didn't get the job. I believe that in today's economy, referred friends get the job and if you're not referred, you are just one of the other two other people they interview for the sake of interviewing three people. How they hire people out of high school or others without sales experience is beyond me. Those with no experience cannot answer the questions they ask. Bottom line is the interview process is a joke and there seems to be discrimination due to the phony hiring process. Also, every job I interviewed for was not the job I applied for. Be prepared to be turned down if you're not connected.
