Lowe's Home Improvement Customer Service interview questions

Screened by an Assistant Manager first, asked how did I hear about the job fair and did I have any vacation planned for the summer. Was ask to interview with a Manager, this process was quick and to the point. Question and answer process, past experiences and situational examples.

You go in and they make you wait for about 20 minutes, someone comes to get you to interview with one of the Managers. Then they are Supposed to call you back with information on the next step, i.e. background check, whatever. They never called me back at all, and I did call them back four times; I was told I would be contacted the next day. I did tell them I was listed as a disabled Veterans, but I was still capable of working without a problem. I also, told them they could call the VA and verified this! I was supposed to get an offer as the Manager gave me the impression, but I think she was just trying to get ride of me........
