I was given a phone call about one week in advance to coordinate the day. I came in, sat down, and waited for the interviewer to come find me. The manager came out, shook my hand, and led my into a small office for the interview.
The atmosphere was relaxed and professional.

Rather easy interview process. There were only a handful of questions that were pretty standard for a retail position. When the interview was scheduled, I was told it was one person, but ended up being another person conducting the interview, which wasn't a big deal, but when you go in to the place it's nice to ask for the correct person.

When was a time that you've gone above and beyond for a customer?
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.
