Apply, called for interview, interviewed on one day, once accepting job, they offer you a monetary amount per hour and then start training for about a week. Then work on the floor after training and then you are let go in a department in which you applied

Asked about difficult situations and how you addressed a problem
So easy that you just need to be a normal person to get hired, they really just look for someone who can help out every customer and who can do a little bit of manual labor. you should be hired asap

The company has a very easy interview process and after a simple interview they offer a position almost right away. There is only one in person interview and usually a call back within a few days

Laid back, personality oriented questions and general questions about how you would act in situations. Also questions about experience and why you want the job. One on one with HR, maybe a manager.
