I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Yakima, WA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Received an e-mail late on Friday night asking me to come in at 6am on Saturday morning. HR said it was a test. I filled out my availability and did a second interview the same week. I was given a job offer. Pay went up one dollar an hour after "seasonal" position was over and i became permanent.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to work with a group to complete a project. How did you complete the task?
I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Zephyrhills, FL)
Interview
Rather easy interview process. There were only a handful of questions that were pretty standard for a retail position. When the interview was scheduled, I was told it was one person, but ended up being another person conducting the interview, which wasn't a big deal, but when you go in to the place it's nice to ask for the correct person.

It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.
