Interview
I was recently interviewed for a customer service assistant position in which I would help to cut materials for cutomers and assist customers in finding what they need. I was interviewed first by the HR manager and then by another manager. The process took about 2 hours with some waiting in between interviews. I had researched questions they might ask and was feeling pretty confident. Afterwards I was told I would be called in 2-3 days to set up an interview with the store manager. however after 2 days I called the HR manager and was told the position had been filled. Either I hadn't answered the questions right or they found someone more qualified as I have little to no experience.

Interview
I was interviewed by the store manager and HR representative in the mangers office. The interview consisted of a short introduction to the position and a small hisotry of why the position was being filled. I was asked 7 mulitiple part questions that were a mix of relating to working with other employees, the position its self, management of employees and other general areas. Need to be fast on your feet with your answers, but still give a thoughtful reply.

Interview
Applied with the online system on August 18th for a Weekend CSA II position which included the personality assessment online. Heard nothing back until September 8th when I received a call from the HR Manager asking if I was still interested in the position and asking if I was available for an interview the next morning at 10am. I accepted and showed up 5 minutes early well dressed in a polo, dress pants, and dress shoes where I was directed to sit and wait on a bench in front of the manager's offices. Around 10 on the dot, the HR Manager walked past and asked me to please come in. We immediately went over the job description, which I had to sign that I agreed to,went over my scheduling (Fri,Sat,Sun/10am-7pm), and then said that if I was chosen for the position I would be offered the job over the phone and they would then run my background check, I would come in and sign my papers and submit to the mouth swab drug test. We then spent about 10 minutes just talking and going over my resume then she began a 6 question interview in which she wrote down my answers. Then she asked if I would like my second interview with the store manager that day and I very graciously accepted. We then spent the next 30-40 minutes waiting on the manager in which I helped her decide between a Mac or a PC because I am very highly trained in the computer field. The manager then came and took me across the hall to his office where he conducted a 15 minute interview and said I did very well for my first interview and he was impressed with the way I dressed. They still had to interview 2 more candidates for the position and said they had 1 more interview that day and the last interview would be on Tuesday and they should have their candidate chosen no later than Wednesday evening-Sept.14. It just so happened the next candidate was waiting on the bench as I was leaving and was dressed in a polo, faded jeans, nike's,and diamond stud earrings......Overall,I was at Lowe's fou about 2 hours.
