i was with the Human resource manager then directly with the store manager we talked about the operations he offered me a full time job when only part time was available. At the same time he asked a few text book questions the trick is just like any other job.

Interview
I did not think that the HR manager that interviewed me first was professional enough. She was not dressed appropriately and she seemed as she did not want to interview me. Nevertheless, I did advance to a second interview. Although the second interviewer was very nice he was NOT my hiring manager. It just seemed as if the whole thing is unprofessional. Also, all the communication that I had with Lowe's HR was via email...I never got a phone call from them. The second interviewer sounded like he really liked me. He even asked me about the department that I prefer to work in!!

I applied online, called the HR manager a few days later. She asked me to come in for an interview with her. After that a few days later, I interviewed with another manager and they told me I may have to interview a third time with the store manager, however they skipped this and offered me the job right there. They will do a drug test on the spot, but the background check will take a few days. The HR manager told me that I was hired because I took the initiative to call her...
