I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in Jun 2010
Interview
Recruiter selected my resume from my post to Careerbuilder.com. Basic questions were asked by telephone about my technical skill set, diversity, and experience. Recruiter submitted my resume for review to prospective employer. Prospective company contacted me to set up a phone interview with their IT supervisor. More in depth questions were asked about my technical skills/scenarios, education, and career goals on the phone interview. The supervisor seemed impressed and scheduled me for a 1:1 with the department manager for the next phase. I met with the department manager, supervisor, and human resources during the next interview which was very intense. Questions were not as technical but more personal which extended into home life, personality, beliefs, strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations. Apparently, I wasn't the perfect fit that they were looking for because I'm still seeking employment.

Question 1
If you had to live your life over again, what would you change?

Interview
The first interviewer was really nice and professional, however the second interviewer did not come across as friendly at all. Both these interviews took place on the same day and I was made to wait for almost an hour in between! They kept telling me "10 more mins" and it eventually added up to 50 minutes. I was not pleased. The second interviewer also put a ton of pressure on me to open my work schedule to what he wanted. Certainly not the best interview process I've been to, though it may vary from location to location.
